The method is simple: few images, plenty of time, and a place that means something to the person in front of the camera. The result should work as well in the annual report as it does on the wall.
Alongside portrait and company work I shoot aerial photo and film as a certified drone pilot, and make my own fine art prints up to A2.
A portrait session delivers 5–8 fully retouched images. Company photography includes one retouched image per member of staff plus a selection of environment shots. Additional images can be purchased afterwards.
Finished images are normally delivered within ten working days via a download link — high-resolution JPEG in sRGB, suitable for both web and print. Unprocessed RAW files are not released.
You get full, unlimited rights to use the images in your own marketing, online and in print, with no time limit. Resale or licensing to third parties is agreed separately. Copyright remains with the photographer, who is credited where practically possible.
Travel within the Siljan area is included in the price. For assignments further afield a travel charge applies as agreed — you always get a fixed figure before booking.
No. Assignments are invoiced to companies and organisations, and prices are quoted excluding VAT. A sole trader counts as a business.
No. For identity documents I'll refer you to your nearest photo shop or the Swedish Police passport office.
Flights are carried out by a certified drone pilot under EU regulations. Any flight permits needed are applied for ahead of each assignment and are included in the price.
Publishing aerial imagery is a separate matter: it requires a dissemination permit (spridningstillstånd) from Lantmäteriet, the Swedish mapping authority. This applies to aerial images generally, and applies most clearly when the camera is angled up so the horizon is visible — the frame then covers a far larger area. Processing takes a long time: expect several weeks, sometimes a couple of months. If the images are to be published, get in touch early and I will apply at the start of the project.
Tell me briefly what you need and I will come back with a proposal and a fixed quote. I reply as soon as possible, usually within a working day.
