Information you give us when you get in touch

When you send the contact form or email us, we process your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. It is used only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is legitimate interest, and performance of a contract once an assignment is booked.

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts the site and stores submitted messages on our behalf. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

Photographs of identifiable people

A photograph in which someone is recognisable is personal data. During an assignment we process those images in order to deliver what was commissioned — the legal basis is performance of the contract with the client.

Showing images on this site, in a portfolio or on social channels never happens without the consent of both the person photographed and the client. That consent can be withdrawn at any time; get in touch and we will take the image down.

Original files from an assignment are archived for up to two years after delivery so that you can order further images or new prints later on. If you would rather they were deleted sooner, we will do that.

We do not pass your data on

Personal data is never sold and is not given to third parties for their own purposes. Beyond Netlify we use only those suppliers required for hosting, storage and accounting, and all of them process the data on our behalf. Accounting records are kept for seven years as required by the Swedish Accounting Act.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Your rights

• Find out what data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have data erased, where we are not required to keep it.
• Object to the processing, or ask us to restrict it.
• Withdraw any consent you have given.
